There’s a Spanish-inspired tapas restaurant on the premises, Sol y Sombra, helmed by chef Chad Gardner. Its indoor-outdoor menu is packed with small plates that make for big appetites, but it’s the cocktail program here that will leave you smitten.
The resort’s pool scene is nothing short of spectacular, with daybeds surrounding the azure watering hole and a Citrus Suite cabana available for booking with optional butler service. It’s a prime spot to kick back with an ice-cold drink while you soak up the sun.
5.Fleur Noire Hotel
A new addition to the hotel scene, Fleur Noire is a Palm Springs glam adults-only boutique that boasts 21 uniquely designed casitas, bungalows and suites. Each of the casitas is adorned with large-scale floral wall murals by Louise Jones, which have been created to complement Palm Springs’ desert landscape.
These are all set amidst a lush desert garden and pool area. Guests can relax on loungers or in the swimming pool, which has fire pits for cold nights. There are also multiple seating and lounge areas, games, and a speakeasy champagne bar.
